"I would give this hotel one star. The property is in very poor condition and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such high ratings. The only positive aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the restaurant, as well as the good breakfast. I have no complaints about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition...

"Spotless room, nice warm and causy. Mini fridge coffee and tea maker. Nice surroundings, calm and beautiful. A picnic basket with variety of breakfast food was delivered early morning. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back....

The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. "One of the best places I stayed in Armenia. The atmosphere is very serene and rejuvenating, uniting with picturesque nature around it. The staff was very, caring and with great attention to customer needs. They made me feel like family. Hotel was very clean and cosy. "They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
