"There were no disabled parking spots, only reserved ones for electric cars. I booked an executive room (112), and was surprised to note one of the windows looked onto the bin area and recycling, that has lights on most of the night and early morning noise. My bath had mould around the seals, and the bath plug had to be removed with a spoon, which dislodged more mould that floated in the bath. "The staff were some of the best we have ever met and met our needs perfectly. They ensured we had a room that was suitable and went the extra mile to achieve this so a big thank you. The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of.
