Hörbar in unserem Zimmer.
They accepted my reservation, when we showed up.... no room!!!
They sold my room for higher price since it was a higher demand weekend.
We had to look for another hotel at much much higher price. Cost us 3 times higher.
Nice new hotel, very clean and comfortable. Further away from the main streets and points of interest. There are restaurants next door but they hardly speak any English and hide behind the corner when you ask them. Same for hotel staff..they are friendly and nice but English is a problem for them. It's easy to find shops and places to eat a little bit further. Make sure you don't face the building next door as it gets louder there. Overall would stay again.
The hotel was really nice for the price and I did enjoy my stay that I extended another night. I only warn you about the birds nest facility right next door to the hotel. It gets pretty noisy. The manager was nice to move me to another room on the opposite side of the hotel, but you can still hear them. So bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Hotel looks great, rooms as well, it's new so it's clean and the beds are comfy. However we're not sure beds and more are cleaned with every new guest. Also often nobody speaks English so it's hard to communicate about checking out or explaining you made a booking. It's noisy as well. Location is not great, 15 min walk to the center and partly along a big road without trottoir. Main nice thing is how new the hotel is and how comfy the rooms are. Also, go to bar Oasis in ha tien, they do speak English and helped us a great deal when we got stuck in ha tien.
