Carreg Lydan and Cardigan Island. On the Cardigan Heritage Coast, Cardigan Island is a little part of that coastline lying just offshore from a rocky promontory near Gwbert-on-Sea, three miles north of the town of Cardigan. It is an excellent place for dolphin and seal watching.

Weekend bus trip
A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. ...
