"The building and grounds here are absolutely beautiful. It's clearly been a wonderful place to stay at some point. Having said that, our trip was generally very disappointing. We arrived in the evening, and there were no staff at all to be seen. There was a bar open, with music playing, and no staff. A sign noted to call a mobile number for help. The first number rang out repeatedly. On a second call, a person answered and seemed confused about whether any staff remained at the hotel. Eventually...

Die Zahnputzbecher waren total dreckig, die Duschamatur sichtbar grünlich keimig am Rand, die Halterung für das Duschzeug total verrostet. "Stunning room and lots of amenities for the price. Staff at reception very friendly. Good location, parking a bit expensive at 15 a night though and the car park next door is cheaper. Only complaint was when on the second day we requested vegetarian sausages, these did not come and when we asked about them we were told by a staff member that they dont know where they are or if they will come after 40 mins and to try again tomorrow.
