Das Hotel war etwas abgelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben das Economy Zimmer gebucht unter anderem weil die Bilder der Zimmereinrichtung sehr gut aussahen. Dahingehend wurden wir leider sehr enttäuscht, das Bad sah leider von der Ausstattung her absolut nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos und eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst hätten wir es so nie gebucht. Der Rest des Zimmers und des Hotels war zufriedenstellend.

Wunderbares Aufenthalt! Sehr entspannt, Personal sehr freundlich und flexibel. Perfekt für Familie mit vielen Spaßmöglichkeiten (Kegelbahn, Billard, Darts, kickrr, Spielecke, Spielplatz...) und für Wellness (Sauna, Massage,...).

滞在時が週末でスタッフが16時までの勤務で誰もいなくなるとの理由でスパが使えなかったのと排泄のレストランも休み。 客の立場として、それを目的として選んだのでそれらが使えないとは多いな不満です。 それと、多くのドイツのホテルに共通しているエアコンが無い、今回は扇風機すら無し、夏の暑い時にはキツです。

Weekend im Schwarzwald

Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk war schön und gross. Das Essen am ersten Abend war Durchschnitt, die restliche Abende war es lecker. Die gebuchten Termine bei der Kosmetikerin haben nicht stattgefunden, da diese auf Reha war, was dem Hotel bekannt war. Die Masseurin war dann eingesprungen.

Hotel in schöner Lage, Personal sehr nett. Zimmer ist sauber, die Möbelierung hat allerdings seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot.

Pretty setting but we were there on a Sunday and there was very little accessible. Bathrooms are very tiny and hotel could use a facelift.

Nettes Hotel mit schöner Aussicht. Badezimmer neu, das restliche Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gutes Bett und alles sehr sauber. Gutes Gastronomieangebot.

Einfach schön

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Dusche hätte ich zu Hause selber gerne 😁 Die Sauna könnte größer sein. Nach drei Personen ist eigentlich schon Schluss. Was jetzt kein riesen Drama ist. Ich empfehle es gern weiter!

Magical place in Gutach area

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air of the black forest, close to the main road exit. Good restuarant and service, comfy bed and clean room. You can enjoy hot steam bath and Sauna.

Black Forest Getaway

This hotel is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. The surrounding mountains and forests are beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and were there for their guests.
