I have stayed at Crystal towers for many years. Always pleased with the property. I love the two private pools, love the location. I didn’t like that after we booked, and paid a deposit, an additional $250 “Hangout Fee” was added that wasn’t apart of the cost when we originally booked back in December.

It was a great location and great view!!!! Could use a good “spring cleaning.” The Crystal Tower on a whole was wonderful. We happened to be there at a disappointing time. During our stay the crosswalk, south pool, hot tub and lazy river were closed. The north hot tub and elevators were broken (although they fixed them in a couple days) and the parking lot was being paved. I think we just hit a rough week. Should be wonderful for those coming after us!!!!!

I love the property. The condo was dirty, furniture was broken. TV's didn't work some of the lights didn't stay on. The condo management office doesn't answer the phone on the weekend.

I liked the property. It was spacious. But there is an old lock box that holds the key outside of the door. It doesn’t work and needs to be taken down. I had to go back and read the email and saw that the lock box I needed was in the stairwell. Whoever cleans does not clean too good. Things were dusty, there were items from previous guess behind the side table, the coffee pot was yucky and your feet get dirty from the floor that must not get mopped.

Checkin directions were good. Amenities were very good. Condo was spacious, including the balcony with ocen view. On site security guard was nice, helpful. Elevators do not work consistently. We had to use the stairs a lot. Things were broken in our condo (many things- toilet paper holder, baseboard trim, primary kitchen light, ALL TV remote controls). Wifi was not secure. I texted when we checked out but no one ever responded. We were told we had to leave dirty towels in a certain place and completely wash, dry and put away all of our dishes. That seems excessive when we still have to pay for them to hire a maid to "clean". Very strict guidelines say they charge $25 if you check out 15 minutes late

Great property! Had everything we needed. Easy access to pools and the beach! Slow elevators but close enough to the SkyWalk to use the stairs. Absolutely would stay again!

The view is amazing. Waking up to the sight of the gulf was beautiful. There were a few physical things that need to be fixed within the unit, however. The main door makes a horrible screeching sound any time the wind blows (which was daily/nightly). It’s worse than a hot tea kettle. Also some of the fixtures were loose in the bathrooms; but still functionable. Main complaint was the door noise. It kept us awake most nights.

The veiw was nice.Close to beach. Run down and not very clean, wouldn't have stayed if had saw if ahead of time. ONE OF THE RUN DOWN HAVE BEEN IN.
