"Staff was dismissive and rude.
No WiFi no outlet for phone charger- told this is the UK.
TV was not working. The mattress was old. The worst mattress that I ever slept on.
Decent breakfast.
I would not recommend staying here."

"We had to change rooms for the second night due how I booked the 2 night stay at the last minute - my fault. But must admit I was glad to move as the first night in the cottage across the car park was very noisy with unhappy guests (one off ? ) and banging doors (big sign on door - so regular occurrence?) ! Spent next night over the bar - I used earplugs!
Some of the staff were delightful but unfortunately my first encounter was a French lady in the bar who was obtuse to say the least. I...

"We stayed at The Townhouse for 4 nights this August and had the most wonderful of times. The room was sumptuous, the bed super comfortable, the views across the South Inch incredible, the breakfasts exquisite. And last, but by no means least, our hosts were the absolute best: welcoming, attentive, and simply great company. This will be our hotel for every future visit to Perth. Already planning our next trip 😉"

"I recommend upgrading to a superior room for a much more luxurious space and nice view. I had a lovely room and excellent view of the front lawn. My friend who had a regular room had an okay room with a view of the back parking lot!
