The location, atmosphere, staff and room amenities were all excellent. We loved the extra welcome touches and the beautiful shower in our suite. This was our first time staying at an Axel Hotel and we will look forward to doing so again as we travel to other cities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Axel Hotel in Bilboa. The location, staff, amenities and property were all excellent. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, extra large shower in our room. This was our first time staying at an Axel Hotel and will definitely look forward to staying with Axel again with our future travels.
