Estimada huésped,Muy preocupado por su calificación he averiguado acerca de su visita a nuestro hotel, ya que no se hospedó, y me permito indicarle lo siguiente:• Su reserva tenía un valor total 48.25USD, en ningún momento era 30.00USD. Dicho esto, le recomendamos revisar su reserva antes de arribar al establecimiento, así sea que un familiar les haya hecho la reserva.• La recepcionista les explicó que al ser ecuatorianos estaban obligados a pagar el 12% del impuesto IVA. Los ecuatorianos están obligados a ello y así lo indica los detalles de su reserva. Además, que la ley lo ampara.• Se los quiso ayudar con la habitación e ingreso temprano, a pesar que el check in es a las 2pm, pero no contábamos con la misma al momento de su llegada.• Si estaba inconforme con nuestro servicio pudo habernos indicado inmediatamente que no iba a regresar y nos hubiese permitido vender dicha habitación. Lamentamos que su confusión nos calificar de una manera injusta. Solo nos queda desearle las mejores vacaciones en una próxima estancia en otro hotel.Un caluroso saludo,

The pool opens from 10am to 9pm and our snack bar opens from Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 9:30pm and weekends 2:00pm to 9:30pm. Sorry to hear that this hours weren’t good enough for you. The pool was on maintenance for one day and it was necessary in order to keep our high standards. We apologize if this caused you inconveniences during your stay. The hotel is a heritage house built in the 1940s, the floors are original, it might give the perception of dirty but is just the 80 years the floor have. We offer two types of breakfast: American breakfast and daily breakfast which changes every day. For example, on Fridays we offer French Toasts with scramble eggs. So, despite others hotels where they only offer American breakfast, we give two choices every day. On the other hand, we want to apologize for the inconveniences with your room. Please let the hotel knows this details once you enter the room in order to change you the room given. We hope that you can find a better hotel and they can fulfill your high expectations.Regards,
