"No hubo personal para recibirnos"

"The property is not being well maintained. It is old and falling apart. Our room did not have a mirror. The sink was falling down and there is no hot water. But I think the hot water thing is the country so I don't want to go there. There's cats everywhere and there's trash and all of the gardens are not maintained at all and you're in a tropical area that is terrible. This place was the ultimate getaway for Puerto Rico at one time. Somebody needs to step up and bring it back. The staff running...

"Beautiful and romantic. Loved the room amenities,,, and the gardens!"

"Todo excelente buena comunicación todo limpio y espacioso excelente lugar volveremos otra vez….."

"I was amazed how great everything was. I highly recommend this property to everyone. Affordable and close to many amenities."

"La propiedad esta abandonada. Estacionamiento sin guardias. Cinco piso sin ascensor. No me encantó."

"Owner was very responsive. We needed something fixed and sent someone the same day. Was always available & for sure will return."
