I was double charged! Paid at Expedia and then the manager made me pay again at the hotel. Shower doesn’t work well and the floor was dirty. Worse hotel ever

Funcionários gentios, solícitos, educados. Acomodação muito aquem das fotos divulgadas no aplicativo. Cafe da manhã muito bom em qualidade e variedade. Uma área de convivência com vários espaços o que é um ponto pro hotel.

Ótima localização, atendimento bom porém as acomodações deixaram a desejar. Quarto pequeno, colchões moles demais. Iluminação fraca, poucas tomadas e algumas não funcionando. O prédio é antigo. Fizeram uma reforma mas mal feita. Só vale pela localização em frente à praia.

Ótimo custo benefício !

Hotel simples, confortável, higiene ok, atendimento impecável (todos muito solícitos e simpáticos), localização incrível (na minha opinião o ponto mais forte do hotel), vista da varanda/recepção do hotel maravilhosa para tomar um café (obviamente favorecido pela localização do hotel), um lounge maravilhoso no 2º andar (mal aproveitado, pois um barzinho ou um espaço para café cairia muito bem), bom café da manha, mas nada de excepcional (poderiam dar a opção de almoço ou jantar no local, facilitaria muito), contudo, tem pontos a melhorar: 1º a porta do corredor páramo quarto passa muita luminosidade, como as luzes são por sensor de movimento, se você se incomoda com luz para dormir, isso pode ser um problema. 2º ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, se for no calor forte de verão pode ser um problema. 3º não tem cofre, algo que traz uma certa segurança quando você quer sair e deixar objetos de valor no quarto. 4º alguns pisos estão ocos, causando um desconforto para caminhar pelo quarto e corredor. 5º por ser pet friendly seria bom uma rotina maior de fiscalização nos corredores e lounge para higienização, para que não haja dejetos de animais esquecidos (na minha opinião isso é mais responsabilidade dos donos de pets do que do hotel, contudo, se aceitam pets tem que redobrar a rotina de higiene). Resumo: o custo benefício muito bom, indico e retornaria sem sombras de dúvidas!

Boa estadia, ótima localização

O hotel tem limitações de conforto, e aparentemente é de conhecimento dos responsáveis. Ainda assim a equipe de atendimento faz mais do que o possível para auxiliar os hóspedes. Quartos pequenos, porém limpos e confortáveis. Bom café da manhã e espetacular localização. Reforço que a equipe de atendimento são responsáveis pela nota ser acima do merecido.

Hotel em reforma. Com barulho. No quarto não tinha uma varal para secar as roupas de banho e toalha e no banheiro não tinha ganchos para pendurar as toalhas.

Retornei de meu passeio a noite e nao tinha agua para tomar banho, tive que reclamar e aguardar a solucao do problema que afetava outros hospedes que estavam no corredor e recepcao na mesma situacao reclamando. A TV nao funcionou. No cafe da manha algumas das frutas estavao passadas ou podres. A melancia definitivamente estava podre. nao sei como um local tem coragem de colocar este tipo de alimento para ser servido. Os sucos nao sao naturais, usam este refrescos tipo com po artificial. Nao recomendo a ninguem.

ZERO DE SATISFAÇÂO

Quando chegamos no hotel não constava nenhuma reserva, nem pelo No. nem pelo nome, e como não havia suite livre, tiveram que nos colocar em 2 quartos no fundo do hotel, ar condicionado extremamente fraco, sem frigobar, TV pegava em péssimas condições, Wifi não funcionava... , sendo assim como vcs imaginam que foi a nossa satisfação em confiar num site como este e ser surpreendidos com crianças com fome, calor e tudo mais ? mandei diversos e-mails para vcs e não tive resposta. mas estarei colocado nas redes sociais a péssima prestação de serviços.Hoteis.com nunca mais. Aproveito e peço que me descredencie por fv.

Recomendo o Hotel Costas Maris

A localização do hotel em relação à praia é muito boa (é só atravessar a rua). O hotel é limpo, bonito, charmoso e colorido - estão arrumando tudo o tempo todo. O pessoal é muito simpático e atencioso. O café da manhã é simples, com frutas inteiras, sucos de caixa, frios, bolos, pães, etc...não muito diferente de outros hotéis. O que eu não gostei muito foi a falta de comércio próximo. É preciso se deslocar de carro. A TV no meu quarto só estava sintonizando a Globo e SBT.

Limpeza, decoração, localização ótima.

Solicitei transferência para unidade da Enseada. Chegamos, e o quarto reservado não estava de acordo com meu pedido, ( Prontamente solucionado por Bianca, uma das funcionárias). Suíte ampla, com ventilador e ar condicionado, frigobar a disposição, o banheiro achei pequeno. Chuveirinho do chuveiro, soltava por estar esgarçado, dificultando o banho. Pedi para a Bianca uma fita para prender, não foi dado atenção. Eu arrumei. Sr Severino um excelente profissional e ser humano, mega prestativo, copeiras simpáticas, o problema foi a falta d'água. Estou ciente que final do ano ocorre mesmo, porém, a Dna da pousada poderia investir em armazenamento, ou, abastecer a caixa d'água com caminhão pipa, diante disso no dia 30/12 a noite, voltamos para a pousada e foi nos fornecido duas garrafinhas de 500 ml de água mineral, para tomar banho kkkkk. Dia 31 a noite faltou novamente e após 12:00 do dia primeiro ainda não tinha água...Sorte que compramos bastante água e esse foi nosso banho. Recomendo, mas não voltaria!

Desistencia de hospedagem

Foi acordado com a responsável do hotel a devolução do valor pago pela estadia na pousada. Pois fomos até a pousada e a mesma não estava em condições de receber minha família, causando um enorme desconforto para minha esposa e filha (especial).
