I arrived late on the day of the check in and yet i was able to be picked up by a shuttle van from the hotel, there was a younger gentleman at the check in counter and he was very helpful with my needs, if you staying in Guangzhou for a day then i would recommend this place, free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient for me, not having to flag a taxi down and haggle with the taxi fare and the stress it...
"Sorry, but the service was really poor. I found it very disappointing that you couldn't call me a taxi. Even the staff checked with the Manager and they refused to do so.
Is this how a good hotel operates? Thanks to having to walk up the road (with luggage), I hailed a cab myself but regrettably missed my flight."
