shuttle take 35 mins

My wife and I stay here for 2 night.We like it. No free breakfast.Eating is little expensive. The shuttle schedule is limited. It runs every 2 hour from 10:10 am to 06:10PM from airport. (9:30 am to 5:30PM from hotel). You need to call hotel at least one hour before the schedule . If you are not booked in the hotel, you will be charged ~50RMB. The shuttle takes about 35 min each way.

We went there for honey moon. The view is nice. Hotel is true 5star. Only regret is that some place are still constructing.

1、虚假宣传，没有宣传中的台球、乒乓球、钓鱼，高尔夫是会员制的，游客想去练习场，找了前台的服务人员，回答可以联系，就没有结果了； 2、乱，人多，服务人员自己有哪些项目在哪里都说不清楚； 3、太吵，各种小摊位，放着高音喇叭，从早到晚，就像个菜市场； 4、房间内没有数字电视，使用的还是模拟电视机，完全是摆设；

整體上連三星酒店都不如

小鎮上設施大部份都無開。第一晚床單上有血跡。餐廳食物強差人意。小朋友要對拖鞋都要另收費。無遊玩設施。接待處服務極差。電召的士服務都無。住左2晚除左泳池遊水無其他野可以就，交通唔方便，介紹中既水上樂園完全無左。絕對唔會再去第二次。

Room for improvement

Check in was poorly organized. As there was no designated rolls for check-in, people always jammed into different lines in order to take up a faster care. Walking out of the hotel was not allowed. It has to be done by getting on vehicles. However, there was no shuttle to and from the hotel and the outside, it seemed a little bit awkward. Policies were unclear. We requested for one additional blanket. The check in counter said it would cost additional 50 yen. However, other staff said there would be none! Booking the shuttle bus to the park was rigid. We could not get on the bus since we did not make an hour advance booking. Yet, the shuttle bus was in fact empty when leaving! Some main spots were blocked, claiming to be under repair. Obviously, they did wish people going there! Despite the bitter experience, the live in was not too bad. Rooms were clean and big. Common areas were kept very tidy. Check-in counter was always fully manned. Though the shower was not fully functioned (the overhead shower could not be used), it worked satisfactorily. Sockets were all over the room and provided easy use. Wifi was intermittently functioning (I have my own connection). Nights were quiet. Air-conditioning was functioning well. All in all, we had a good experience living in. Yet, there may not be motivation for us to visiting there again unless the travelling means could be improved. We were not local/driving and we had to pay relatively a lot for the tra

廣州中的歐洲團

整體感覺很好，完全置身於歐洲環境的風貌，酒店內各間的食店品質也有質素，當然其價錢也早有心理準備，唯獨白天太多準新人在這裡進行婚紗攝影，有一點點味兒，但入晚後就好寧靜、好舒服，總括而言我俾95分。

去到酒店拿房 前台和我说 没有查到预订 然后和前台说 是在hotels订的 结果回我 我们酒店没有和hotels合作 最后打了客服电话才解决的 原来是hotels发的邮件被酒店邮箱放进了黑名单呵呵呵 换了个前台就知道hotels了 酒店的培训不足啊 订的皇家水景 原本以为是泳池的水景 结果是河的水景 河还要是绿白绿白的。 室内室外的泳池都要泳帽 要去游泳要记得带上泳帽

外来人员太多，影响住客，入住酒店后1点多，到吃饭的地方，几个地方都没位置吃饭，应该保证住客的吃饭吗，这些最基本的都没保证，谁会再去住呢。
