I stayed for one night with my family. The rooms were basic and offered no standout features. Check-in at reception was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The soundproofing was minimal—you could hear footsteps, conversations, and general noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Unfortunately, the most concerning incident was in my sister-in-law’s room, where she found a cockroach inside the bed sheets while she was sleeping. This was a last-minute trip during a busy weekend, and most hotels in Guanajuato were fully booked. While the stay served its purpose, we were unable to get a good night's rest.

Good option.

Excelent place to stay overnight, it is a bit cold at night when you stroll outside the rooms. Rooms are good and we rested well. It had a pool we didnt use. You need to know that is far away from the historic area of Guanajuato and need a car/taxi to move from/to.

El hotel cuenta con algunos puntos a favor, como el hecho de que las sábanas eran calientes, lo cual resultó cómodo, además de que había agua caliente durante la estancia y estacionamiento disponible. No obstante, considero que el precio es alto para lo que ofrece. El papel de baño podría mejorar en calidad y la puerta de la habitación no cerraba correctamente. Asimismo, las habitaciones no tienen buen aislamiento acústico, ya que se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones. En cuanto a la televisión, algunos canales presentaban fallas. En general, la experiencia fue regular y creo que hay varios aspectos por mejorar para que el costo sea más acorde con el servicio proporcionado.

La habitación fue buena, solamente el WIFI no agarraba la señal estuve en la habitacion del 211 otro detalle fue que no había ni FRIGOBAR ni A/c digo, deberían de tomarlo en cuenta, el personal muy amable en específico el chico de la tarde y el auditor muy buenas personas, en general la limpieza del hotel excelente, nos vamos muy contentas

Hola, no se con quién me estoy dirigiendo , si es con personal del hotel o con la aplicación, fue un error garrafal el rentar este hotel, para empezar en las fotos promocionales que aparecen en la aplicación , son panorámicas con unos ventanales, y la única ventana que tuvimos fue la del pasillo, no buros, no lámparas , y lo peor de todo , arriba del cuarto o los cuartos en el techo un motor que hacia funcionar la bomba de agua de todo el hotel y fue un ruido toda la noche, no pudimos dormir bien, cuando llegamos 4:00 pm, le comenté a recepción , quedó de solucionar, a las 9 de la noche, fui otra vez a recepción y quedaron que Iván a solucionar, a las 11 volví a ir a recepción porque no hubo solución, y quedó el sr de recepción en solucionar, me que de dormido como a las 2 de la mañana y todavía sonaba el motor, desperté entre 3 y 4 de la mañana y todavía el ruido, creo la apagaron entre 4 o 5, pero a las 8 de mañana la volvieron a prender,, le levanté me bañé y me largue, fue un error aver ido a ese hotel, yo viajo seguido a Guanajuato, y la verdad no vuelvo a ir a este hotel
