"Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. "I arrived on 17.30 pm. I lost my phone last 2 days before arrive at the hotel. It was so problems. I used my friend phone to called the hotel. I was appreciated by them. They were helping to come for checked in for me . Because they sent the code for check in to me by email. The room was so cleaned and comfortable. I can see the lake closer. Unfortunately it was raining all day. But still so beautiful. I hope i will come back again. "

"The pension is conveniently located for exploration of the area by car. My room was clean and the property is well maintained. The reception desk representative is not present in the building. You have to communicate with them via SMS, email, WhatsApp. This involves check in and check out. Upon my arrival I had to send them a photo of my national ID to receive a PIN for opening the entrance door and my room."

"Great property and the check-in staff were very helpful and prompt. There is no AC and summer nights are quite hot! It would be great if there was a fan in the bedroom. The bed was very very very soft (in a not good way), but other than that, the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely view of the water from the balcony, and lots of space. There is also a garden at the waterfront that can be used by the apartment guests and it is lovely for swimming and relaxing."
