"Great stay - perfect location for what I needed. Staff were fantastic, rooms were just what you need and the restaurant was great! Will stay again."

"Clean room, very nice staff. The only negative things is that you have to pay $25 for parking. And the parking is not part of the hotel so you have to walk less than a block down the street to get to the car. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"ชั้นบน ขึ้นลำบาก ถ้ามีกระเป๋าใหญ่ ไม่สะดวก"

"We used the Split AC briefly to lightly warm the room, prior bed. Worked well. Room and home absolutely spotless. An absolute charm!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It seems to have been refurbished with a generous bathroom, large shower and king sized bed. Thank you for making my stay so nice 😊"

"Great base for one or two nights if you’re on a budget. It’s a converted warehouse but smartly turned into a hotel with basic but perfectly clean rooms. Breakfast is a nice little bonus too. Nothing gourmet but was helpful to grab a small bite before leaving. Plenty of parking. WiFi was good. We also appreciate the earlier check in. Value for money excellent. Thank you."

"Never dealt with the staff as checked in after hours. One of the beds wasn’t made- bedding just left on it. The main bed felt like we rolled in the middle and slipped deeper into the mattress- was not very comfortable. Slept poorly as a result. We have stayed here before and don’t recall having the same problems before. The location is perfect- near to many places especially the airport but far away enough to not be disturbed by flight noise."

"The customer service is excellent! When we requested for earlier check in, they tried their best endeavour to get us in as early as possible! Always there to help when we have queries. Can't complaint too much at this price. Had a great stay."

"Very basic rooms. And while it was clean, the aircon remote was not working, and rooms are not quite as per the photos. Staff were responsive, however not sure the price of the rooms justified the quality and value"

"Convenient for travellers passing through Perth."
