"Fantastic hotel . We booked a room with an amazing sea view. Lovely big bed and shower room with table and chairs to enjoy the beach/ sea view. The room was serviced each day and was spotless. The breakfast was delicious each morning in a lovely room again with sea views. We also booked dinner one evening and was excellent and great value. "A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended."

"Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stephen (the head porter), our bags were taken from us and we were offered a chilled glass of orange juice whilst we were checked in. We made our way up to our room (86 - sea view balcony) and our bags were only a minute or two behind us. "Wonderful 5 night stay. Staff amazing, Tracy, Esther, Lillian and Beatrice (Bea) and Jon. Can't remember all their names, sorry. Lovely choice at breakfast, food topped up even until breakfast finishing time. 24 hour sandwiches available, very useful. Lovely terrace to sit out on, but a pity it shut at 6pm. The terrace had only been open for 3 months, so this could change. Nice pool and gardens, and you could hire pool towels. Would I stay here again, most definitely. "
