The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did. "Excellent stay at HNR Hotel El Hamma. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The location is also convenient for both business and leisure trips. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend this hotel."
