"Great stop and get away from the autobahn"

"We had a family room which was very spacious and great for our stay. We visited Heide park and this place was 10 minutes away. The breakfast was great for a small place and had absolutely everything we needed. The hotel is a little old fashioned but clean and friendly staff. Cute house dog on site!"

"Das Frühstück war super klasse, vorallem das Rührei und die frischen Kuchen und Schokocroissant. Das Personal sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer leider ohne Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sicher spürbar ist, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf das Haus scheint und es nur ein kleines Fenster in der Eingangstür zum kippen gibt (es lässt sich ganz öffnen aber direkt auf Einstiegshöhe). Ansonsten sehr sauber. Das Grundstück an sich ist super mit den vielen Möglichkeiten für die ganze Familie....

"This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "

The staff were very friendly, the beds comfortable, coffee and tea were available any time, and there was a refrigerator to store our cold food items. Aside from the on-site restaurant, the location was not walking distance from any restaurants or shopping. We had a rental car and drove to the nearby towns, which are only 10 minutes away. The wi-fi was not very strong in the room, which bothered my children more than...
