"The stay here was bought for us as a gift. It was such a thoughtful gift as we had 2 wonderful days / nights in the beautiful village of Helmsley. The heated pool was a real delight as was the use of the spa facilities. "

"No breakfast menu would of been better witha seperate sink in room and bigger bin to put things in but lovely bed abit sweeky but lovely and clean room loved my stay would stay again "

"Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here."

"This apartment was lovely. Very spacious and has everything you need. Good location not too far from the main town and shops etc. close to the seafront and tramway. Staff were very friendly."

"Room was tiny bathroom floor sloped away and the toilet seat had a mind of its own someone else disposable razor lett on floor behind the toilet tbf shower was ok .Mirror in bedroom was filthy looked like someone wiped it with a dirty cloth and tea stained still left on dresser only stayed two nights that was the first and will certainly be the last O and drinks in the bar were way over priced"

"Hotel is long past demolition - decor is falling to bits - rooms stinking damp - seagulls nesting on window cills outside rooms so no sleep - room with a window looking out into other rooms and a deleted flat roof covered in rubbish . Not a good place ."
