"We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "We arrived quite early in the morning and it was great to leave our luggage before checking in. Our room was a double with sea view but the balcony was unusable as so small you couldn’t fit a chair on it. There was little cupboard space for clothes and the shower was so small you couldn’t lift your arms up.
