The rooms have everything you'd need, comfy bed, great shower, lovely lighting, loads of plugs! The bar and food was great. "We have reported a fridge problem in our room as soon we arrived. The receptionist mentioned that the maintenance team has already left but someone will come and have a look. Noone came even though i have enquired twice again. Each time i was told that a person will come to check the fridge as soon as they finish in a different room. "The property is timber framed and old, really old. Cleanliness and condition is very good but this building needs constant maintenance. We loved it, it’s very old and full of history. "Stayed at the Percy hotel whilst on business and have to say the room and facilities were excellent. One standout was the restaurant which I dined in on both evenings. Speciality is the steaks and the Tuesday steak offer where I had a 16oz rump which I gave to say was the best cut of meat I have had in a very longtime.
