"This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in and the cost was very reasonable. The facilities in our apartment were exceptional. decent kitchen facilities meant we could self cater very easily - it included a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The separate bedroom and bathroom was a real bonus and meant the whole areas was spacious. Alot better (and cheaper) than many Air BNB's we have stayed in. The views of the mountains were glorious as we were on the 6th floor. A truly beautiful location. Really friendly staff - helpful and thoughtful. We would recommend without hesitation and stay again if we were ever in Canberra again. The hotel is about a 20min walk to the shopping area which was fine for us as we love walking. 15 minute taxi drive from the airport. The only downside was that the space was so lovely and relaxing that we had to force ourselves outside to do the tourist venues such as the wonderful National Gallery of Australia. "

"The overall decor is outdated, and the elevators have an unpleasant smell. There is an open central atrium where music is played at night, and it can be heard clearly in the rooms — the sound insulation is poor. I stayed in room 2025, which is next to an electrical substation. The Wi-Fi signal in the room is extremely unstable and basically unusable. I tried both the guest and staff networks, but neither worked. I will not stay at this hotel again."

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with plenty of parking right near building. AC was cold, full size fridge, and stocked kitchen was great. Within easy walking distance to restaurants/shops and parliament. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!"

"Convenient stay for a family of five. Comfortable beds and access to two bathrooms was great. Supermarket directly across road was helpful. This was our second stay here this year and we will definitely return again. "
