"Nice hotel, great location. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect location, right in the center of town, very walkable to shops, restaurants, coffee. Very nice & helpful staff. We had one small issue in our room that couldn't be fixed and they gave us a very nice bottle of wine as compensation. Easy parking for the hotel in the back. We will definitely come back! P.S. - complimentary warm cookies and bottled water every night along with fresh bottled water in your room fridge every morning are also nice bonuses!"

"Basic but very nice, furnishings were nice and everything was very clean. Staff was very nice too"

"Charming. The light continental breakfast was awesome and served in a comfortable dining room."

"Loved everything - a fantastic place!"

"I liked the location which was walkable to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The property was well maintained and clean. The rooms were a nice size with a great shower and small kitchenette area. We enjoyed the breakfast, especially the homemade granola. We would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel guests were in the courtyard at 11:30 pm talking very loudly and keeping us awake. We got dressed and went down to talk to the hotel staff and they were closed. No help at all. We were out the next day and when we came back housekeeping had not been in the room. I called reception and they said they only came in every other day. Seriously! For $400+ a night I would expect dry bath towels and coffee pods for the morning. This isn’t COVID times but I guess BW is self serve now. ...

"Amazing stay"
