"Exceptional! The staff was especially helpful with check in, attractions to see, free welcome cocktails and munchies. The room was very very nice and comfortable and very quiet given we faced the courtyard. The location of the hotel is also where all the action was. I would stay here agsin!"

"It's a problem that the parking lot is so far away from the hotel. The hotel is located within the city walls. So, there is no elevator. We have to carry our luggage upstairs with difficulty. The manager is very nice. "

"The room walls were stone since the building was approximately 14th century, creating a unique decor and atmosphere. The window shutters and double glazing ensured that outside noise was cancelled. The room had controllable air conditioning. The bathroom had a large shower with both drencher and hand held heads. All toiletries etc. were provided.
