"Room was dirty and in disrepair. Furniture was torn and stained -- one chair has a cigarette burn hole in it. The room smelled stale and musty it used to be a smoking room that hasn't been properly remediated. Hairs from previous guests were found on the bathroom and on the toilet. Certainly not worth $180/night. Arguably an $80/night motel."

"The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt."

"My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area."

"Bed sheet had brown splatter stains. White towels were grey looking. Dead bolt on door was broken like the door had been kicked in. Room looks like it's had updates but the door was rough looking. TV worked sporadically. It was overall a super sketchy looking place. Staff was nice though. Rather overpriced for the quality of the place and the poor quality of bedding and towels, only bathroom items was 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoo, not sure there was kleenex either, maybe roll of toilet paper....

"Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was nice. No elevator. We had a ground floor room but heard others complaining about lugging things to 2nd Floor. Would stay again"

"We made this our go to place for the fourth of July celebration we plan on staying again next year , only problem was there was never no coffee in the lobby , wish they would do a continental breakfast since the restaurant is no longer here , but it isn't a make or brake , reasonably priced rooms beds are comfortable it's not a 5 star but it is nice"

"Nice place for an overnight. Splash Harbor is a small pool and splash pad area but very nice. Pool has algae growing on the bottom edges. Bathroom in the pool area was very dirty and no Mat on the floor so very slippery. The room was standard. Carpet was very old and worn and musty smelling. Front desk folks seemed a in knowledgeable and overwhelmed. The breakfast was good and the lady that hosted that was fantastic."

"We are local but we have an adult daughter living with us so we went to just get away, relax & stay cool while he was on vacation from work. We took our dogs with us and since it was very hot, we would walk the dogs in the yards beside & behind the building and we both smoke cigarettes so we would smoke while out there. I put my cigarette butts in the ashtrays around the building and we cleaned up after the dogs too. One of the times I was coming back in the desk lady told me, "just make sure...

"The hotel base board was falling apart next to my hotel room. The trash can base was dirty. My room tables was dirty and it was hair in my tub from the last guest. The room looked like it wasn't clean properly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention the back door had trash around the vent. I took it upon myself to ask the hotel for some disinfectant so that I felt like the room was sanitized. Horrible establishment!!"

"Everything was perfect the only bad thing was the A/C didn’t work properly keeps turning off and it was impossible to keep that room in temperature wasn’t good at all other then that it was good."
