"The resort is designed well but lack of maintenance because of short staffing. The check-in process was 1hr long. There was no room service. I even noticed significant mildew on the shower room wall."

"Nice place. Couldn’t figure out the air conditioning and I’m usually pretty good at that stuff. The kitchen area should have a sink. The only sink in our unit was the bathroom sink. The area is nice. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant food was ok. Staff was very friendly."
