I was not able to get much sleep due to loud noise of others talking and room doors slamming close. I was in the 3rd floor and none of the rooms have soft door close features. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to get rest and relax.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean, the food at the restaurant was yummy and hot. We ordered room servy and it was hot and delivered on time feomt a nice staff person. The area around the hotel was on the deserted side as rhe mall had few store open.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were trash. They look nice and fluffy but go completely flat as soon as you put your head on them. I found the hidden power outlet on the front of the left hand corner of the table. I don't know how I even saw it. Lol. The shower is wonderful! You can adjust the overhead shower head so it doesn't spray straight down if you don't like that. Bathroom is nice but could use more lighting. The light in the makeup mirror didn't work. The staff at check in and check out were very nice. The bartender was a bit of a jerk. We were disappointed that none of the hotel restaurants were open after 10pm and the only restaurants in town that were open were fast food and had lines that wrapped around the buildings. Bring snacks if you're attending an event that gets out late. I don't recommend being out late in Greensboro. It doesn't seem safe. People told us after we got home that everythig closes early because they were constantly getting robbed. We enjoyed our stay but hope we never have to go to Greensboro again. Highly recommend Sheraton, do not recommend Greensboro.

Enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. Hotel staff was very accommodating with our need for a late checkout. Location is convenient and right next door to a large mall. Would definitely stay again!!

This hotel had NO microwave anywhere in the building for patrons. I will never choose this hotel again. The elevators were confusing (A,B,C tower). I wish that was clear bc if I had known there would be no microwave I would never have selected this hotel. I will always avoid this hotel as a result. Patrons have takeout and may want to utilize a microwave to warm up their food. That’s fair!!

I will not stay again
The hotel shower is made for white people. We don’t wash our hair everyday so trying to shower and not get your hair wet was challenging. We had to call twice to get toilet fixed. There are NO MICROWAVES in the room. Customer service was very nice and professional but I will not stay again.

Great Stay in Greensboro!
The Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons was a great stay! We loved our accomodations as it provided a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. Everything is at the hotel to include restaurants, coffee shop and space to have group gatherings. Joseph's restaurant was a great place to eat without having to drive outside of the hotel. My only suggestion is that the hotel consider gaining more luggage carts for people to load and unload their luggage. For a hotel of this size, having a fleet of luggage carts would have been helpful. I understand there were only a few.

Hotel employees ignored questions I asked and problems I had. They kept telling me the manager would assist and when I spoke to the manager he had no record of any issues, and also did nothing to solve problems.
