"Very good i like the pool"

"Tutto perfetto, colazione internazionale buonissima. Camera pulita e confortevole. Personale super professionale. Consiglio vivamente anche perché la struttura si trova a 2 minuti dalla stazione victoria"

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Amazing night amazing area everything around a place to be"

"Great location for a first visit to London. Close to all the main attractions you’d want to see and not far from the west end theatres. The welcome chocolate was nice, and the room has good block out blinds. Unfortunately, very disappointed in the rest given the price. There was no mini fridge. There are water refill stations but the water isn’t cold. No smart TV. There are only 3 lifts for the massive hotel, and you are often left waiting a while. In the room, even though the window is shut,...

"Hotel smells like fish. The restaurant is open and next to the reception area and the smell of fish permeates the hotel. Poor ventilation. The bathroom had no ventilation. An emergency alarm went off one morning around 6:30 AM which essentially ruined our sleep and we lost a vacation day."

"Room was excellent. Staff was superb. Location great. The in-room snacks and drinks were free which was awesome. Afternoon tea was great and a beautiful room that it was in but it wasn’t cheap."
