"Elevator was out and I booked through a third party and did not know until I got there at 11:00 at night. I spoke with the hotel staff the day before I arrived and they never mentioned the elevator. So I had to carry my bags up 3 flights of stairs no help from staff. "

Front desk was helpful getting a refund for the second room. They said many people are not abiding by non-smoking rules. Breakfast was above average."
