So So needed more cleaning

I believe I was given the best room in the hotel. Gorgeous view of the water! I'm not sure how the experience would have been in one of the rooms with no windows. The hallways always needed to be vacuumed. The room was very clean and well maintained. I was particularly impressed with Jireh at the front desk. When I entered I was quite disoriented from trying to locate the hotel.and find a place to park. Jireh was so kind. He went over and over directions to the garage, how to use it, where to find luggage carts, restaurant recommendations, even a map and directions to Pier 66 where I was to pick up returning cousins early the next morning. The location was outstanding.

The only thing about the hotel is the location. Everything else is just ok. Rooms are fairly clean, but the property can use a bit of an upgrade.
