Sunrise hotel is located in the town of thira. It's conveniently located to the Ktel bus station, shops and restaurants. We were pleased with all members of staff here, especially to Alexandros who was able to help each time we needed assistance. This is a family run hotel and everything here is organised. It has a very nice swimming pool and decor is very new. This would be a choice for me to stay on my next visit. Thank you Alexandros, Socrates and the owners. We hope to see you soon.

Hotel perfecto para disfrutar de Santorini
El personal es muy amable y atento, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. La ubicación es perfecta tanto para conocer Thira como el resto de la isla, ya que esta al lado de la estación de autobuses y del punto de recogida de excursiones que contrates. El hotel tiene encanto y el desayuno esta estupendo

A lovely little gem
We only stayed one night but couldn't have asked for a better welcome. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful. Everywhere was immaculate. Lovely breakfast provided as well as use of the pool. Perfectly located for the bus station too. Highly recommended

The only problem I had with with this hotel is with their shower. They need to redesign the bathrooms. The shower is too small and the toilet is close to the shower, the sink is way too far from the toilet.

They kept telling us not to get the towels dirty, when your provide white towels, towels will get dirty. It's their responsibility to wash them properly. Below average place, location is good.

Alex at the front desk was amazing!! He went above and beyond to help with anything you needed. Everyone at Sunrise hotel worked exceptionally hard to make our stay enjoyable. The property itself was nice and breakfast was great as well. Alex was helpful and nice and explained everything to us throughout our stay. The rooms however we didnt like. The first day it smelled like heavy clorox like it was hard to breath and the room itself was dark and did not have any windows that brought light in. Also during breakfast some of the staff would stand in the middle and watch what you eat which was not nice. Other than that the hotel was close to the bus station which was great and the breakfast was good

Bon rapport qualité prix !
Hôtel très bien situé (sur la grande artère pour circuler facilement et très proche de la corniche) sur plutôt mignon et piscine jolie et confortable ! Le staff est très sympathique et de bon conseil sur les lieux à visiter comme sur les restaurants ! Un bon rapport qualité prix (nous avons pris les billets en juin pour le mois d’août) étant donné le lieu !

Love the pool!
Santorini is everything you could want in an island paradise. There are tow sides to the island and I highly suggest Fira versus Oia. Oia is extremely touristy and heavy congested with car and pedestrian traffic. The hotel itself was just off one of the main roadways so I recommend asking for a room in the back of the hotel. The pool was amazing and quiet. The free breakfast was also very nice. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

Amazing family owned establishment, nice group of people especially Kristina who was welcoming and always had a smile on her face while helping you out. Socrates was the night attendant who spoke little English, would go out of his way to help you out and make things happen at night. Definitely come back and recommend it.

Localização e hotel excelentes.
O local é simplesmente incrível. Se você está em dúvidas de onde se hospedar em santorini, pode com certeza ficar neste lugar. O nosso voo atrasou 2hrs, chegamos na cidade por volta das 21hrs da noite. O senhor que estava na recepção era um amor de pessoa, estava lá todas as noites. O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente para você se alimentar bem. Paes, bolos, frios, yogurt, Nutella, panquecas, ovos, café, suco… simples mas essencial é muito bom! A piscina é uma delícia … um ambiente delicioso. O quarto também, com varanda e tudo. Chuveiro gostoso, cama gostosa … e eles limpam, arrumam e trocam as toalhas todos os dias. A moço que fica na recepção na parte da manhã também, se esforçava para entender o que queríamos. Nos ajudou a alugar uma moto, vou referente a transfer que queríamos e deu várias dicas essenciais para nossos passeios em santorini. Por fim, o mais importante: do lado, isso mesmo, do lado do centrinho de Thira. Se você andar 3 minutos é muito! Lá tem de tudo… cafés, restaurantes, lojas e o ponto de ônibus principal da cidade fica lá, praticamente na esquina do hotel. Enfim, localização e hoje top!

Bon séjour
Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du centre. Belle piscine. Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain à revoir car beaucoup trop petite. La douche est très exiguë et pas agréable. Dommage c'est le seul point négatif.Receptionniste très agréable, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Fira, à proximité du terminal des bus. Accueil sympa. Idéal pour visiter la ville. Mais très très bruyant sur la route principale; salle de bain au minimum de la modernité et p’tit dej minimaliste. Je recommande pour un passage mais à éviter pour une semaine de repos

Melhor custo/benefício e excelente atendimento!
Quarto amplo, com sacada, frigobar e muito bem cuidado. O unico defeito é o box, que deixa vazar água, além de ser apertado. Café da manhã básico, mas a contento. Localização ótima, muito perto da rodoviária, de onde saem ônibus para todos os passeios. E não posso deixar de agradecer ao Alex, na recepção, que não só nos deu dicas preciosas para a cidade de Santorini, como nos mostrou como conseguir a PID online para nossa estadia seguinte.

The hotel and staff at this hotel were great. The perfect location 3 blocks from the Fire bus station, and an easy bust ride from the airport. The hotel is in great condition, had a big pool and delicious breakfast. Alex ans aleiana went out of their way to be helpful and suggest restaurants and answer questions. This hotel was a great value for what we paid and was super clean. Alex is the best manager and went out of his was to help us. Overall, a perfect stay. Jeff and Martha

Lage top, Hotel so lala
Die Lage direkt am Bushaltestelle und nahe von Zentrum ist top. Der Preis ist für das Hotel und Zimmer zu hoch. Da man jeden Lärm von aussen hört, ist es nicht angenehm zum schlafen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nichts besonderes. Für eine Übernachtung war dieses Hotel okay.

Thank you for staying with us! We think that our breakfast for a 2 star hotel is more than enough comparing to other hotels in our category in Greece or even Europe. About the noise from the street we are a city hotel and our hotel is near the main road. If you have closed the shutters the noice would have reduced a lot. Sorry for this inconvenience, we hope to see you again!

Soggiorno a Santorini
Tt perfetto, il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile in particolare Alexander e il portiere di notte. La camera è carina e comoda, la colazione è scarsa. La pulizia delle stanze è buona ma dovrebbe migliore, essere più accurata. Manca lo stendino per appendere i costumi e asciugami. La posizione è superlativa, pochi minuti dalla fermata dei bus e dal centro di Fira

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Location is perfect. pool area is clean and has nice shade throughout the day

Near the bus station and fira center
The hotel is next to the bus station to go to Oia and all the villages/beach. It’s not far from restaurants and shops. It has a pool to cool off after a hot day visiting Santorini. The breakfast is ok, bread, ham, cheese, cereals, milk, yogurt, etc... we stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room.

Thank you for staying with us! The cleaning may never happened because previous year and this year we dont clean the rooms, only if our clients ask for it due to Covid. If we didn't informed you about cleaning services is probably because you came at night and our night guard does not speak english. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Wir kommen wieder!
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und total freundlich, konnten trotz frühzeitiger Anreise schon die Zimmer beziehen und auch am Abreisetag das Gepäck gratis dort lassen, da der Heimflug erst am Nachmittag war. Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl auch. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, der Pool sauber, alles in allem eine wirklich gute Wahl! :) Und die Lage ("ums Eck" vom Fira Busbahnhof) ist sowieso unschlagbar.

The place is 1 block from the central bus station in Fira, perfec to walk or travel by bus to Oia, the beaches and the airport. The hotel is on the main street, so it is a little bit noisy, but it was very good, anyways.
