Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We feel sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet your expectations. During your stay you have visited our breakfast area with our manager where you had more than 3 options for eggs but you insisted on a personalized omelette which is not part of our service as we are a 4 star hotel whith no such options. We understand that breakfast is a crucial part of your stay, and we regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations.
