The front desk people were amazing in helping us get around...we ended up extending it was such a nice location and felt like locals by the time we left:)

親戚の家のような居心地良いホテル
まずフロントのおばさんは、笑顔でゆっくり英語で説明・回答も親切にしてくれました。親戚の家のようなリラックスできるとても良いホテルでした。オーシャンビューのみはできませんが（リーズバブルな価格ゆえ）、バスターミナルやファーストフード店もすぐ近くで、とても便利でした。部屋は静かで清潔で、お勧めしたいホテルでした。

강력하게 추천
각 방마다 테라스가 딸려 있으며, 방은 예쁘고 깨끗. 버스터미널은 도보 5분, 광장 근처라 시끄러울것 같지만 테라스로 나가는 문을 닫으면 매우 조용.위치, 시설 등의 측면에서 가성비 최고. 강력하게 추천함.

Good value and clean
Really nice stay at the Pelican Hotel. It was exactly what we expected. The reception staff are very nice and helpful, and our room was extremely clean and fairly spacious (we did not upgrade). We even had a small patio. The room itself was spare but had what we needed. The location didn't have views but was very central, and it was easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and scenic viewpoints. I would say the Pelican was good value. There is a nice looking restaurant attached which we did not have time to try but did have a nice garden.

Loved the room

5 rooms in total were booked, we were having my wedding in Santorini and many of us stayed at the hotel. The staff are super nice and the rooms are very clean. The shower was so nice, the best water pressure I had while in Greece. The location is ideal for Santorini, a 5 min walk to the main bus stop and 10-15 minute walk to the cable cart and the cliff side. The staff also gave us information on the bus and where to book tours, we did a hot spring and volcano tour the day after the wedding. The price cannot be beat for Santorini especially for the location. There are plenty of restaurants and fun night clubs within walking distance. The only thing I can say bad is that there is no safe in the rooms, it is a small staff and family run so I doubt they are willing to risk their reputation and business to steal a few euros or an ipad. I will absolutely be returning and recommend this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is located near the caldera 5min walk, bus station 5-8min walk the streets are not smooth, so make sure you have comfortable shoes and lightweight luggage to walk from the bus station to hotel. People at the hotel was very friendly and hold our luggage until it was time to check in since we arrived at 8am to santorini. We came back around 12 and our room was ready so they let us check in early without any additional charges. They also have a sitting area on the rooftop to enjoy the night with coffee or dinner if you do a take out. Lots of restaurants near by and next to the hotel the restaurant was awesome as well

A day spa or boutique hotel?!
The most kind and wonderful hosts at reception. Went out of their way to ensure that we were taken care of with travel itinerary (bus schedules, luggage storage) and exceptional cleanliness and ambience entering the hotel.

Buona la struttura, ma si trova su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. Il luogo è comunque molto centrale e comodo. Se si ha una camera sulla strada si sente un po di chiacchiericcio e cafoni per strada con musica a palla in auto e clacson. Se si ha una stanza interna probabilmente non si sente alcun rumore.

Margarita was extremely helpful, the sweetest person ever. She was helpful and kind to both my mother and I. She advised us on places to go, what times, and how to get there. All the staff were very accommodating to us and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very good price and we were right in the middle of everything!

I loved how clean the room was and the location! It’s only a 5 minute walk from the bus station where you can catch any bus around the island and only 5 minutes from the amazing views!

It is my honeymoon trip in Greece! But sadly when we arrived this hotel, No early check-in,it is ok! We just leave our lagguage in lobby! And we pay our booking rent at that time!The staff say we can check in after 2pm! The worst thing is coming :When we back,we have book Double room but the staff give us 2 single beds room! OF COURSE,WE ARE NOT ACCEPT! Then she let us to the GroundFloor, there have double room,she said only this choice! What is wrong with your hotel? We paid the different price to book the double room which is not in the Ground Floor! And we arrived in hotel in the morning! Did you staff have plan to cheat us? No double room but still need us FULL PAY ! And the last,the staff said she dont know how to refund to Union Card,and waste our atleast 2 hours!Oh my God! 2 hours ago,she said can we give her another card?We hace no choice,we gave her Credit Card,a few mins ago,she gave us a refund reciept,and said to us it is successful ! But when we back in Hong Kong,we check 2 banks hotline and Credit &Union Card Center: No Record ,No Refund Money! Until today 19/12/2019 It is 3 months ago,still no follwing ! I have strongly recommend that all tourist If you go to travel to enjoy your holiday: Dont choose this no responsibility hotel And hope you guys use others good comments hotel apps to booking hotel! The staff who makes the trouble is call MARINA! Pelican Hotel@BLACKLIST!!! NO MORE!

We have been in contact with the guest for the last month and we have sent her all the receipts and bank records proving that we received 0 EURO from her. We never took money for this reservation although the guest decided not to stay in our hotel on the arrival date and her behavior from the first moment was not polite at all... We hope that eventually she will understand the situation and that she will not do the same thing in other hotels in the future.

We had a comfortable stay in Pelican Hotel. Marina and Irini were very helpful, friendly and informative. It was a good location and convenient for buses, restaurants and shops.

スタッフがフレンドリーでとても良かったです！ 免税のオフィスを聞いたところすぐに調べて電話をしてくれたり優しかったです。 朝食は有料で、1日目は頼みましたがそんなに種類が無いのでホテルの横にあるジャングルみたいなレストランの朝食が美味しかったのでホテルの朝食よりも高くなりますがそちらで食べた方が満足感がありました！ 道路に面しているのと、周りにバイクがたくさん停めてあったため23-01時ごろはとてもうるさかったです。

Small quirky hotel, limited facilities but good location. Very friendly staff, gave good tourist advice and pre warned us about a ferry strike, that the ferry company failed to tell us.
