Dear Guest You were among the very first guests visiting us after the confinement because of Covid-19 and we were trying to apply all the new health protections regulations. We had to replace the cook-to-order breakfast we used to deliver in the suites every morning with pre-stocked sealed goodies in order to protect our guests' and our staff health. As for the cleaning, the Greek tourism protocol has very specific instructions to avoid cleaning and that we should ask the guests if we are allowed to enter their suites. We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay as much as you hoped, but, the new reality has affected everyone & any aspect of our lives, hotels and rental apartments included. We will be waiting for your next visit when this weird situation will have ended to enjoy our services in full. Best Regards Earino Team

Dear HC Thank you for your nice words! Unfortunately, the internet sometimes is not good, but, there is only one internet provider on Santorini. We have the best possible wifi network and we upgrade every year in order to maximize the internet we receive, but, no matter the wifi network we have, when the internet is poor, we can't do anything.
