We are happy to read that you found the hotel's and suite's view amazing as well as you enjoyed the service from our staff. In terms of privacy we would kindly note that our hotel is build on the famous caldera cliff, an amazing geographical phenomenon where sets us apart and at the same time the amphitheatrical setting allows for amazing unobstructed views makes it unique. The lack of privacy from the jacuzzi is definitely subjective and certainly compensated by the views and beauty of the ocean. Nevertheless, as we are taking into serious consideration our guests feedback we have already proceeded to corrective actions and added curtains outside the jacuzzi in order to provide full privacy upon our guest's preference. At this point though allow us to mention that on the day of your arrival, due to your ship delay the driver had to wait for 45 minutes to a different parking lot outside the port as it was overcrowded and there was no space to park. As soon as the driver saw the ship approaching, it took 20 minutes to pick you up, due to the traffic jam. We really apologize for the inconvenience and hope to welcome you again in the near future.
