Lately realised that we have not responded to you via this platform. We remember well the case ! We even use it for training purposes in our staff ! It was the first time in our long history of being hoteliers that we actually asked guests to leave our hotel and of course did not want to. They actually abused our staff in everything. We made them leave at the end and put up these picture. What a shame ! We are honoured that we use only factual pictures of our hotel and this is why when our guests come they know exactly what to expect Cheers

Dear guest, Thank you for the review. Our ultimate aim is to have happy guests and this is exactly what you see in our fabulous scores and reviews however we do understand that there are guests that cant be pleased. We carefully examined your review and even though this is an anonymous review, we would like to pin point a few things! massage is done by a massage company that comes into the resort and you pay directly to them. The massage company will prefer cash . obviously you did not had cash and we offer to help you by using our pos machine. However we still had no complaints for any of our guests for duplicate charge in their credit card Are yousure about this? the last few days we had extreme weather conditions in theisland.. The winds were fierce and very dangerous and this swhy for two days we had cancellations in both boats and airplanes that having been said , even though we were trying to clean the pool , it was absolutely impossible to do that and this is why even our communal pool was kept closed for a few days. There is a housekeeping check everyday meaning, an inspector will check each villa to make sure that the housekeeping has done a magnificent job and all toiletries are replenished every day. Again we had no complaints for toiletries from any of our guests. have you informed anybody? We are stiving for excellence every day and if something is not done right we will not hide it but we will correct it! This is our philosophy Even though we do value each review , we do our own internal checking in order to make sure where is the truth . This is very important to us because it affects our reputation and our staff . on the other hand we dont believe at all that this was a fair review . We wish you werent anonymous as to explore it further again thank you for coming and we wish you the best of luck
