Tzeni Andreola replied at May 26 We are always sad to hear of any guest that has not enjoyed their stay with us. In response to some of the comments made, it is very true that a Receptionist expecting a booking arrival of 2 adults, would confirm that the 2nd adult is not arriving at a later time or date. No offense or insult is implied by an enquiry of this nature which is meant to ensure that all guests are welcomed and checked in, no matter the hour. It is also true that one adult would be left one set of bathroom towels which are changed daily. Upon requesting a 2nd set of bathroom towels, a 2nd set were immediately provided. At the point of check-in and whilst being shown their Suite, guests are provided with a free map of the resort and the island. We advise guests that we can organize some of the private tours with companies that are a bit more expensive and exclusive, if interested. In this case, we organized one of the cheaper tours which was subsequently cancelled as our guest found and booked an even more low cost tour. In respect of credit card payments, on 24th May we unfortunately had a problem with our POS system & machine which meant that we were unable to accept a card payment for Government Tax (1.50euro) and snack bar charges (3.50euro) and therefore asked for a cash only payment.
