Dear Diana, thank you for staying with us. Let me please inform you that we are a 5* hotel. Maybe not the 5* resort hotel that you though but we are a boutique hotel located in the heart of the old Venetian Harbour close to everything you would like to see of to eat or to drink. the parking is an issue you are right but in every Old Town around the Europe vehicles are prohibited and that's the nice of walking around the port without worried about cars. We are very sorry to read that you did not enjoyed your stay in a Historical building like this. I hope that next time you will be more lucky in booking a resort hotel outside the Old Harbour.
