Dear Brenda, Thank you for having taken time to give us a review but please allow us to answer your review as we find it opposite of the truth and we want our future guests to have a correct idea of our hotel. First of all our property is ideal for families for the below reasons: • We offer parking inside the hotel area which makes it easy and safe. • We have a big swimming pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas which is perfect for kids to have fun, exactly as your kid did. • Our rooms are spacious enough from 40 up to 75 square meters, which makes them very comfortable for a family. • Our property is located exactly 1,6 km outside of the center of Fira which means that we are very close ,3 min by car, but also peaceful so to relax. • We also have food menu with homemade and fresh dishes which is what most of parents prefer for their kids when they visit us. As for the internet that you mentioned we would like to remind you that we came personally in your room to check with our mobile phone the internet in your room and was working properly. The problem was with the huge video you wanted to download in a very busy time and was a little late. Although we remember you calling us after 30 minutes and say the internet was ok. Last but not least we will end our answer with the transportation. You used taxi to go to Megalochori village at a playland which is far away from the center and that’s why you spent so much money on taxi. Do not forget that we offer free shuttle bus to Fira and back to the hotel 3 times a day . If you had used it the cost of your transportation would have been much lower. We feel very sorry that your experience in our hotel wasn’t as good as you expected. We try our best for all of our guests so that they have a memorable experience. Kindest regards,

Dear guest , Thank you for taking the time to post this review and for your kind words ! However you giving us the chance to give some information to the future visitors who will read this review. As is written clearly our hotel is located little further from the center.For this matter we have taking care for our customer's convinience to provide 3 times per day a free shuttle bus to Fira and back. Fira is the center where you can take the local bus or taxi if you are not feel confortable driving in Santorini ,to all the places. Hope we'll have the chance to accommodate you again in the future :)

We take the utmost care when dealing with guests belongings and personal items, and we have been made aware of this serious incident. To add some balance to this review, you only made us aware of this incident upon your check out, where you advised it was 5€ that had gone missing, not 50€. Additionally, you advised us that you weren’t sure if you had misplaced the money in the town or your room. For this reason we find it to be unjust to insinuate that the money was stolen in our property, since you are not totally sure where the money had gone missing. Our apologies that this situation arose for you, whereby your personal belongings were taken from you, lost or misplaced accidentally.
