"I had a very disappointing stay. The room was not clean at all. There were spiders in the room and the housekeeping did not clean properly even after multiple requests. The bed sheets had stains and the floor was dusty. Definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend this place."

"This great property has had some pretty terrible reviews BUT the owner’s are truly putting in a lot of work to make it amazing. We were given the opportunity to stay in a brand new room , thank you Eugenia , it was a surprise for sure , the renovations have definitely paid off , our room , as many of the newly renovated ones are beautifully clean, and welcoming, with so much space , great lighting, and a fantastic bathroom (complete with all the great shampoos etc,etc ) and even a warming...

"I have been dealing with a staff member since we left this location on June 6. They continue to say and promise me something as it had been “manager approved “ but still nothing. Beware of staying here, as they will say whatever you want to hear to get you to come, but won’t follow through. Worst IHG location I have ever had to deal with, which is sad. Staff has been not easy to deal with in person and on the phone."
