"This was our first time staying at Hotel Nell. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly. They were also very helpful. Our room was upgraded with a spacious floor plan, kitchenette with glassware, utensils etc. It was clean and very cozy. Housekeeping was so friendly and made sure we had clean towels, iron.
