"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. "This B&B was exceptional. The attention to detail was out of this world. It felt almost like staying in a top class hotel. Everything was laid on and Helen was superb in anticipating everthing I needed. And the breakfast - well - no words to describe how great it was.
