"As we travel south each year, we stay at Staybridge Rock Hill. It is convenient, comfortable, close to many restaurants and shopping. Also they have the best breakfast! Hot and cold assorted choices. Best coffee! Hostess, Kim, is lovely and keeps the food hot and pleniful. Also on Mon - Wed evenings they have a happy hour for guests. What more could you ask for."

"The staff was very helpful even during a busy rush of checking. The room was and clean and the hotel smelled clean. I did think that this hotel had suites where the king bed was in a bedroom and the living room was separate. This location does not have any rooms that meet that criteria "

"When we checked in, we were charged $30 (cash only) for our dog (we noticed later that this was supposed to be $20). We were also forced to take a smoking room because we have a dog. The dog does not smoke, nor do we! The first room we were provided had a half-eaten chicken wing on the floor beside the bed, and it smelt like an old bingo hall filled with smoke. We were far too tired to change hotels at this point and were offered another room, which smelt less smoky and more like bad aftershave. The next morning when going to take a shower we realized that the door on the bathroom would not actually close fully and that there were a pair of men’s underwear on the floor behind it. Additionally, the toilet seat was not actually attached and instead just sitting on the toilet. Needless to say we would never stay there again and hope this helps prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. "
