Catherine,I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. It sounds like we made a mistake with the room assignment. I'll have a retraining with my desk clerks on how to make sure that doesn't happen in the future. Regarding the ants you informed my staff at checkout, to which we did address the issue at that time. In the future if you stay at any hotel, please contact the desk immediately, so that we can move you or fix the issue at that time, instead of informing us at checkout. Christina,I'm glad to hear our place is always clean. Regarding the dog unfortunately they do bark and we gladly will ask the other guest to quiet them if you let us know about it at the time. If you did stay with us again we can make sure you're not by the pet rooms. Just give a us a call and let us know and we can also offer you our Canadian friends discount when you call.
