"I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of this beautiful new hotel. Returning to my hometown for a Celebration of Life, it felt like discovering a hidden gem in the heart of the historic downtown district. Once checked in, everything was within easy walking distance, making the location incredibly convenient.
The staff made the experience especially enjoyable. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with throughout my stay. The bar service was outstanding, and the food exceeded my expectations.
The only challenge was navigating the parking process. I had expected on-site parking, but unloading luggage, checking in, locating the designated parking area, and then repeating the process at checkout required a bit of planning. A more convenient loading and unloading area or clearer parking instructions would greatly enhance the guest experience.
One additional suggestion would be to offer decaffeinated coffee and expand the complimentary breakfast selection beyond fruit and regular coffee. While these are relatively minor improvements, they would add even more value for guests.
Overall, these were small inconveniences and did not detract from an otherwise wonderful stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
