"Unfortunately our Mom passed unexpectedly on the property. We were from out of town and had to extend our stay and there is no connection between hotel and casino so although the staff was amazing they could not comp our room to stay the extra 2 days. But, we will be back and definitely recommend the stay. "

"This room was clean and perfect for a night's stay to watch a game at Cheney and not have to drive. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, serviceable amenities, attentive front staff, quiet at night, and it was nice to park your car behind a gated area. Safer area of Tacoma, will definitely stay again. "

"The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, and the fan above the stove was also broken. Hotel staff were not very helpful, and the restaurant attached to the hotel lost our business because they never answered their phone. The floors were extremely dirty, after walking barefoot for just a few hours, the bottoms of our feet were black. On top of that, the room was absolutely not kid-safe. My kids kept bumping into side tables and coffee tables, the large industrial-style doors could have seriously injured, or could have chopped my 1-year-old’s fingers off, and there were sharp kitchen knives mixed in with the silverware in a pullout drawer that was easily accessible to children. Overall, it was an absolute nightmare."

"Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive. My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late. The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard. The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my drink of choice. Basically, I had zero complaints and would definitely stay there again if I was in the area."

"The gentlemen at the front desk helped us through the check-in process. They were extremely professional. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, including hard boiled eggs, which I enjoyed. The lobby is very attractive and elegant."
