"There was a weird, very bad leak in the room. Inches of water, requiring a room change"

"I liked the access to the parking garage from the floor my room was on"

"Decent, but I've never stayed in a motel/hotel that didn't have soap for the handwashing sink (they had coconut body wash in the shower only) and where the electrical receptacle by the nightstand didn't work (I ran out of battery in the early morning at my work). BRING YOUR OWN SOAP."

"The property was just far enough from the main areas of the city it was quiet at night to sleep yet perfectly close enough to walk wherever we wanted to go. Parking was perfect and easy to figure out. Id love to come back!"

"The rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing, and it was nice to have a full breakfast bar Will definitely stay here again!!"

"The two garbage cans in the room looke like they were made for little kids. The food was good. I liked the pool and whirlpool. They looked well mantained. TV channel selection was limited."

"Hotel was new and modern. Conveniently located with enough parking. Wouldn’t exactly call breakfast made to order."

"Me he hospedado en varias ocasiones en este hotel. Hacia rato no lo utilizaba. Peto al regresar veo que en años la propiedad no tiene la más mínima renovación, no si quiera el personal que ha envejecido. Los muebles están desgastados, sucios. El desayuno muy regular y falta que haya aseo en la hora del desayuno. Es un caos poder desayunar"

"Horrible experience here. The room we were assigned had an overwhelming smell of cleaning agents used to mask something. Had an immediate asthma attack. Back to the desk and all then we cannot stay there. They only offered change of room, which was no better than the first. We went back to the front desk and asked for refund due to health issues and were only given credit for next night’s stay Don’t waste your time or money"

"Difficult and confusing going between the two houses and all of the various entrances and exits. Safety concerns with lower entry doors never being locked."

"Wonderful. Great location. Walkable and parking options are better than some of the others. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options."

"We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

"The staff was awesome !! The WiFi is 15 bucks a day and if you have a room over looking the atrium it’s soooo loud"

"I was not given a confirmation number. When my roommate tried to check in ahead of time, she was not allowed. she had to wait for me to arrive because she had no confirmation number and there had been no request to list the occupants."

"They didn’t leave rnough towels and coffee service for the three people booked in the room. Had to csll for it. They didn’t service the room until the third day. Claimed we left the DND sign on door -not true. Breakfast is plentiful but not a lot of variety. Scrambled eggs four days in a row, limited yogurt choices, good coffee and good staff."
