"I arrived expecting to check in and was told they had overbooked (wedding parties pay better I guess) and I had been moved to a hotel five miles plus away with terrible traffic issues in both directions. Unfortunately, I had reserved a two night stay and the hotel i had been shifted to was for only one night. Of course no one had contacted me about this prior. I was supposed to make the additional hotel reservation myself (great customer service) and the town was basically sold out- Tru by...

"Very helpful and nice staff clean property. Great for traveling with kids."

"In a great area"

"The hotel was good for a 1 night stay. It was clean, it's a little dated but fit our needs perfectly for the price."

"The hotel was very clean and my only complaint was how far away our room was from the front desk. We were given a handicap accessible room which wasn’t requested by us but it was on the extreme opposite from the front desk. Being in our 80’s, that was a bit of a hike! Breakfast was good and condition of the property was well maintained."

"I have no complaints about the room. the only thing no microwave to heat snacks in and no tea bags to have a hot drink there was coffee but no tea"

"Basic property with basic amenities"

"The property is in need of some updates and remodeling. I've been coming here for business for many years, and each year it seems to get worse. There aren't many hotel options, or else I'd choose to stay somewhere else."

"The room was clean but didn't have any towels or wash clothes up on arrival. Kinda weird to have a a king suite with the sink and mirror (normally in bathroom) in your bedroom."

"Breakfast-there were not a lot of choices. Oatmeal did not taste good. Decaf coffee wasn’t good. The staff were nice, but did not communicate the WiFi password clearly."

"Its ok"

"Bed sheets stained and dirty staff unhelpful and said they only clean Monday Wednesday and Friday"
